The Jewish Stress Diet

This diet has been specially designed to help you cope with the stress that builds up during the hectic business day, or preparation and undertaking of a simcha, or the inability to find the best china when company calls, or when you just plain have had enough of those nudniks ...

BREAKFAST:
1/2 Grapefruit
1 slice Wholemeal bread (dry)
8oz (500g) Skimmed Milk

LUNCH:
4oz (250g) lean boiled chicken breast
4oz (250g) steamed spinach
1 cup of herb tea (no sugar)
1 chocolate digestive biscuit

MID-AFTERNOON SNACK:
Rest of digestive packet & some butter kuchen
2 pints (it's a lot don't ask me for metric) of chocolate ice-cream
1 jar of Nutella or Selecta Raspberry Jam

DINNER:
2 loaves of garlic bread
1 large deluxe pizza with olives
4 cans of coke (full fat)
3 Mars bars

LATE EVENING SNACK (repeat as necessary):
Entire frozen cheesecake (straight from freezer)
